She is very good at building relationships and has a lovely personality. Tayla has a good knowledge of the market . She was so helpful,caring and understanding as we were going through the preparation and sale of our late mother’s estate . She navigated us through the whole open home situation and was so supportive, in that we still had a family member residing in the home. When it came time she assisted with the negotiations of our sale effectively and skill fully. She certainly made the process easy and worry free. Nick always picks up his phone. He gave us a realistic appraisal of the house not just one to get the business. He did open home's and followed those who attended really well In the end he sold it to someone who hadn’t thought it was for them but loved it when they went through. I highly recommend Nick as a good agent who works hard. In addition he’s very personable and keeps vendor and purchaser fully updated which is important.

Nick promised at the outset that we would not find a harder working agent than him, and he delivered. He recommended a good time to list the property and kept in contact even before the property went to market. He was very professional and an excellent communicator-following up after every viewing/open home with a verbal update and substantive feedback plus a weekly meeting for complete feedback each week during the campaign. I felt as if Nick understood our expectations, managed them during the campaign but then delivered at auction.

Researched sales and the local market. He gave good advice regarding expectations and market reality. This allowed decisions to be based on facts vs hope. Strong communication and follow through. Always kept us informed.
