He could confidently describe each comparative house so we had a high degree of confidence in Basil assessment.He was a very responsive agent, and a great communicator - he was willing to hear out all our questions and had many helpful suggestions. Wilson was a good communicator. I had a hunch that he would be a great agent before I even meet him. He came knocking at our door, I wasn't able to answer it but saw Wilson through the glass and could tell that he's a great guy. He made an effort with my family and gave detailed responses early in the week following the open homes. I appreciate the time he put in to sell our property.
