Basil was an excellent agent. I wouldn't hesitate to employ him again and wholeheartedly recommend him to any vendor. We interviewed several agents, we were very pleased with our choice. Basil had an exemplary knowledge of the area. His market appraisal was very accurate. He could confidently describe each comparative house so we had a high degree of confidence in Basil assessment.He was a very responsive agent, and a great communicator - he was willing to hear out all our questions and had many helpful suggestions. A credit to his professionalism to establish these helpful relationships. We were very pleased with all of Basil contacts, and he helpfully liaised with them all which took a lot of stress out of the equation for us. When it came time to negotiations, Basil had our best interests at heart and that he worked hard to get the best price possible for us. We would highly recommend working with Basil.
