Both Dermot and Sarah were responsive to my needs. They appeared to work well together to ensure the property was presented as well as could be expected . They were both very pleasant but not too sales talky orientated . I looked to them for advice and they gave good solid advice knowing the market in the area well. I went to the market with a realistic value of what the property is worth in the current market and got a pre auction sale.

In a slow market, Steve and Rawdon didn't give up and followed every lead, resulting in a sale. They were reliable and took action on all our requests. The phone call and video summary after each open home was great. Plus both have a delightful sense of humor.

In a respectful way they advised on what needed to be done, decluttered, repaired, etc.
