Dominique helped me get the apartment I wanted despite a long protracted negotiation with the vendor which spanned over 9 months. She recognised where she could support the deal to happen and was very honest with me when she felt I would be wasting my time early on due to the vendor's unrealistic demands. Later on when the possibility to purchase came back around, she worked hard to persuade the vendor to meet me at a fair and reasonable price, which ultimately was a good outcome for everyone.
