I found Chris to be a friendly hard-working person, who knows the market well. he has as it appears a great lot of contacts within the industry. Chris is very persistent and resilient, focused on the sale of the property. strong communication skills keeping me well informed on any developments involving any possible future buyer or people that were just having a nosey.

I can thoroughly recommend Chris & Emma if you want agents who are dedicated to get a successful outcome for all.I was kept informed every step of the way which was a big plus for me being in the senior age group. You will not be disappointed engaging Chris & Emma of Sotherb'ys International Realty to sell your property.

Chris and Emma worked as a team to sell my townhouse. They made me feel completely taken care of through the whole process, while being consistently positive and encouraging. I honestly felt like I didn’t need to worry about anything because they were so good at competently managing each step and communicating these to me. I knew they were generously looking after potential buyers at the other end as well. I was free to focus on preparing my home for open homes, and searching for my next property, instead of being bogged down in the details of selling. The feeling of being so well taken care of means a-lot to me, as a solo parent. Due to Chris and Emma’s exceptional work as well as the high end presentation that Sotheby’s offers, they achieved an excellent sale result at our auction. I experienced a smooth, enjoyable process with a great result and so highly recommend them both.
