From our very first meeting, Wendy instilled confidence with a clear, well-structured plan and a strong understanding of the market. She explained exactly how the campaign would run and set realistic expectations, which made the entire process feel controlled and stress-free. Her communication was outstanding throughout. After every open home, she followed up promptly with detailed updates via phone, text, and email, ensuring we were always fully informed and never left wondering what was happening. Wendy’s market knowledge and strategic approach were evident in both the way she positioned the property and how she guided buyer interest. Her negotiation skills were equally impressive, helping secure a great outcome in a very short timeframe — just two weeks of open homes. Above all, Wendy was highly professional, proactive, and genuinely committed. I’ve never experienced an agent quite like her and would recommend her without hesitation.
