We recently bought our house through Karen, and she was a breath of fresh air to deal with. Karen is incredibly genuine, helpful and professional. Even after settlement, she went out of her way to assist us with minor issues and ensured everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. Ryan is an intelligent agent (rare breed) who considers carefully the selling points of the property and how to reach the target market. He also keeps calm under pressure and is easy to work with. He worked hard (on a difficult property in a challenging market) and helped to find a number of buyers. Most agents are only interested in their commission, but I noticed after the sale was completed, he still took steps to consider the needs of the vendors in relation to accessing the property a last time.
