Mark has comprehensive knowledge of the local housing market with a long history of selling houses. On two occasions when we were both buying and selling houses Mark provided positive ideas and suggestions. I never felt under pressure to make decisions. Nothing was too big of a problem for Mark. There were a couple of curve balls which were out of our control during the sale process. Mark leapt in and resolved these. Nothing was a problem. Highly recommend and definitely if needed would use his services again.
