Both Louiza and Kelly kept us in the loop with all communication during the move from our previous management company. There is always a positive vibe when ever we correspond and you get the feeling they are really caring for their client. As part of the move to Whittle Knight we also had to re-advertise for tenants for the first time in 3 years. This was completed so efficiently and again we knew exactly who had been through the viewings. We are looking forward to working Whittle Knight moving forward.

The team went over and above to arrange maintenance as we are on the other Island! Communication mostly through email has been a breeze Hopefully great tenants -so far so good!

Maycee did an excellent job with finding us new tenants with a quick turnover ensuring we didn't miss out on weeks of rent. She is excellent at communicating with regular updates, has a good market knowledge and professional demeaner. She holds high standards of accountability so made sure the leaving tenants left the property clean and tidy and that we were comfortable with the new tenants.

Kimberly is friendly and helpful, and a great communicator - from answering my questions before the viewing, to keeping us updated during the shortlist process. It was so nice to not be in the dark, and for everything to move so swiftly!
