The Great Group makes being a landlord easy. They are very professional, communicative, and proactive in looking after my investment. I especially appreciate their thorough tenant vetting and regular property updates. I wouldn’t trust my properties with anyone else.

Moving in with The Great Group was straightforward and stress-free. They are friendly, responsive, and make sure everything in the property is well maintained. I feel valued as a tenant and communication has always been great.

Aimieelee has been approachable in all our dealings with her. She listened to our requests and was proactive in ensuring everything moved along in a very timely manner. There have been one or two things where we felt a little more communication would be been helpful but overall, to date, we rate the service provided as excellent.

Grace was very helpful to us and has excellent communication skills and also took to the time to really listen to our questions and provided nice clear answers. She is very pleasant to deal with, and I would use Grace again if the need ever arose. Grace is very good at her role
