From the day we booked the viewing to beyond getting our rental with Kathryn, her service, communication and customer centric approach has been exceptional. Beyond her control there were issues in our rental from the start to which she sorted or supported extremely well. Not to even mention the 194 page inspection document she put together for us to review.. needless to say- with that amount of work I didn’t even dispute her findings. The next time I spoke with Kathryn she had remembered many details regarding my situation and taken the extra steps to help accommodate my tight deadline on moving.
