Overview of Netherby, Canterbury

We had a great experience with Anita throughout the process of securing our rental. She was friendly, helpful and made everything feel so smooth and straightforward. The process was quick and easy, and Anita was always great at communicating and keeping us updated. We really appreciate all her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a rental!

Anita is a fantastic property manager, and we’ve been really happy with the service she provides. She has excellent attention to detail and always keeps us well informed about the overall condition of our property, including any maintenance issues that aren’t necessarily related to the tenants. This gives us plenty of time to get things sorted before they have the chance to become bigger or more costly problems. She is also an excellent communicator and always keeps us up to date with any changes relating to the tenancy. When it comes to finding new tenants, she makes the whole process easy and keeps us informed every step of the way. We really appreciate Anita’s friendly, proactive approach and the care she takes in looking after our property. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a great property manager.

The real estate agent was helpful, friendly.

From start to moving in good communication.

"As an out of town landlord I have relied on Eden and the team to oversee my investment property. Eden has exceeded herself and has not only managed the property but managed maintenance issues efficiently. She keeps me informed and responds quickly to tenants concerns and coordinated repairs at a reasonable cost with her proactive approach. I highly recommend Eden and the property management team services to any property owner seeking reliable property management."

"I am pleased to recommend Eden Crowley, who manages four of my rental properties in Methven. She is consistently the most dependable and effective property manager I work with, outperforming others I use in different NZ regions/countries. Eden has an excellent attitude — proactive, positive, and solutions-focused. She communicates clearly, follows through on every task, and handles issues quickly and professionally. Her local knowledge of Methven is exceptional. She understands the market, knows reliable tradespeople, and secures quality tenants. My properties are always well maintained, with fewer problems and smoother tenancies than elsewhere. I trust Eden completely. She is reliable, capable, and manages my properties with genuine care. I recommend her without hesitation."
