Excellent service and really patient for customer, highly recommend for her.

Louise at Barfoot & Thompson, Milford has handled my rental property for four years now. In that time I have found Louise to have a very professional manner, be "on to it" if any issue arises and is proactive in getting new tenants when a tenancy ends. I would recommend Barfoot & Thompson to other rental property owners. Paul

We have had a very positive experience with Line as the property manager for our rental property. We live in the house behind the rental, which could easily create confusion, as tenants may naturally try to approach us directly whenever something comes up. Line has managed this situation extremely well by setting clear and respectful boundaries from the beginning, while still making sure the tenants feel supported and heard. Her communication is clear, friendly and professional, and she responds quickly when issues arise. She keeps us well informed, handles problems efficiently and uses good judgment when managing the property and communicating with the tenants. This has protected our time and family routine while allowing the tenancy to run smoothly. Line is kind, approachable and professional, and we feel confident knowing that she is managing the property. We are very grateful for her support and would happily recommend her to other property owners.
