Incredibly the house fitted all our requirements perfectly and the speed and efficiency shown by Jo and all at Bayleys enabled us to finalise the agreement in a few days. Brilliant.

We are so happy we chose Baileys (Jo) to manage our Property, from the moment we made contact Jo she made us feel at ease with the process of getting our house ready to be leased. It moved very quickly and took only a few days to find a suitable tenant. Jo is very quick to respond to any questions we have had. This being our first rental property we would definitely recommend Jo to anyone who is looking for a Property Manager.
