Our property manager’s rental assessment for the property was aligned with other properties listed in the district; however she identified to us that from the prospective tenant feedback, in our rent range, many were looking for more updated newer properties. She suggested a full refresh and offered to seek independent quotes for full repaint, carpet and curtains. All were obtained quickly and authorised by us. She then offered to oversee/facilitate the repair work, and during the work, secured suitable tenants able to move in as soon as works were completed. I didn’t have to take time off work or get too involved. The place looks great and we’re pleased to have it occupied again.

A huge thank you to the team at Bayleys Property Management Canterbury — especially Matt, Wally, and Eti — for going above and beyond to help secure a rental for me on very short notice. Their communication, professionalism, and willingness to help made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier.
