Emma has been managing my property for over a year now, she is very communicative and clearly wants the best outcome for both landlord and tenants. Being outside of New Zealand, I really appreciate that Emma treats the property as one of her own which has been instrumental in helping find new tenants we are comfortable with.

In a world where property managers can often be quite dismissive and rude, Emma stood out with being incredibly kind to us and was very thorough throughout the whole application process. Anna Gibbons made suggestions on what to do to the property to get the best rental price. she helped get contractors and was available to oversee the work. When it came to tenants Anna found the right people to make our property their home .

It was great working with Vivienne. She was efficient with processing our rental application. When it was time to move in, her property inspection report was very thorough. She is also very responsive to issues and in coordinating with the owner. It was a great experience overall.
