I bought a house through Zoltan Waxman Ray White. I accidently found out the auction was brought forward by talking to another agent, I texted Zoltan but he never got back to me until 4 hours later. I was informed that if we bid we could change the takeover date from 18 december and settle up to 31 January as a family member can stay until settlement date, this was a lie. I later I found out after settlement when I rung his manager to make a complain about his false aligation that I found out his manager was actually the other bidder, so I can see why we were not notified on auction being bought forward. Zoltan said family friends staying on mooring.. this was not the case... the owners didn't even know who was on the mooring. Insult to injury there was no gift provided, which is not company/industry policy. Overall very dissatisfied with Zoltan Waxman performance and his duplicity and lack of ethical dealings. Caution to people who are buying with this guy please do your homework, caution Zoltan only seems to act in his own self interest

I had met Zoltan and recalled his enthusiasm - so thought I would have a chat about my house sale. The property was in great condition and in a great location but a difficult market. Overall - very happy at his approach, the Ray White team support and the outcome. Great to get things tied up before Christmas - much appreciated.

Zoltan was professional, friendly and so helpful in getting us to Auction he totally made us feel at ease, and we were also impressed with Fiona who did our bidding she was amazing she definitely knows her way around an auction I highly recommend her, they make a great team. We also had the pleasure of meeting another of their team Jane Leef who met us at the house for our final walk through so lovely so thorough it was a pleasure from start to finish.

Zoltan is very easy to communicate with. My experience is that he is very experienced and knowledgeable, and he provided frank and honest opinions, identified options, and worked very hard to get the best deal on my behalf notwithstanding a difficult, unpredictable and declining market. Although ultimately the sale price that was well below my expectations (and I think his also) this simply reflected the market and was no reflection on his effort or commitment on our behalf. I would have no hesitation using his services again or recommending him.

Very hardworking, exhausts every lead and proactively reaches out to create interest also. Regular communication to update on progress and interest. Perseveres until the required result is achieved.
