If you want an agent who works for you and only you and has your best (financial) interests at heart, Zoltan is your man. After our property had been listed for 8 months with another 'agent' - and I use the term loosely here - we turned to Zoltan who managed to sell our property within five weeks for a price we were delighted with, even in a declining market. Zoltan is a born salesman who knows the market and, even more importantly, what makes buyers tick. Apart from that, he is also a genuinely nice guy. Living overseas, we always had to negotiate a 10-12 hour time difference. It was never a problem for Zoltan, he'd actually get up at 7 am on a Sunday morning for our weekly phone updates, which was greatly appreciated. Zoltan is very professional and has always handled us with respect and always willing to go out of his way to accommodate us as the purchaser but also taking into consideration the seller and what works best for both. The auction was nerve wracking, but they have done their best to inform you of what you can and can't do. Their communication is very good, and they kept you in the loop right through the viewing period right up to the Auction Day. Zoltan went out of his way to accommodate us by moving the final inspection day due to circumstances and helped us with the property issues afterwards using his local knowledge.
