Zheng Sun

We sold our house last year with Zheng, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Right from the start, Zheng made us feel completely comfortable and looked after throughout the entire process. The house sold with a relatively quick turnaround, which was exactly what we were hoping for. Zheng made the whole experience incredibly smooth, stress-free, and straightforward, and we were absolutely thrilled with the final result. If you are looking for an agent who is genuinely supportive, easy to work with, and delivers great results, we highly recommend working with Zheng!

We had a fantastic experience working with Zheng Sun as our real estate agent. Zheng was always positive, approachable, and more than happy to assist whenever we had questions. He kept us well informed at every stage of the process and went the extra mile to offer support whenever we needed it. His professionalism and friendly manner made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We’re very grateful for his help and would highly recommend Zheng to anyone looking for a dedicated and reliable agent.

I have been involved in the real estate market for over 30 years, and I would say Zheng Sun is the best agent I have dealt with. He shows his professionalism and dedication in his job throughout the course of the sale of my property at 35 Reelick Avenue. He would patiently explain to all potential buyers about the current market, telling them about the details of the house, and he would go to check on the property a few times every week to do bits and pieces (the property was vacant) to make sure it maintained the best state for the viewing at the weekend. Besides, he kept constant contact with me to update the backgrounds of the clients and to suggest tips on how to make the property more presentable. The most impressive thing he did was to provide all the information required by the buyer regarding the mortgage, the solicitor, as well as the details of how to maintain the property after the purchase. Zheng also impressed us with his great patience, as the stage between signing the sales contract and the settlement date was painfully long due to the issues with the solicitors and the bank, but with Zheng's enormous effort and help, the deal was finally completed! We thank Zheng for going miles beyond to make this sale a success in such a slow real estate market. Through dealing with Zheng, we would surely rate Zheng 5/5 for being such an outstanding agent! He is so different from all the other agents we have dealt with so far. I strongly recommend Zheng to all those who are thinking of buying of selling properties. Thank you, Zheng, for your great effort in selling my property.

Zheng was so helpful and he was genuine and made it so much easier for us. From the moment we walked in the door, he was friendly. Really appreciated his service
