Really good to work with

We recently worked with Zani to sell our home, and we genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. From the beginning, she brought such positive energy and enthusiasm, while still being incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She was always approachable, helpful, and kept us informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent from Zani and her team. We never had to chase updates, and she made sure we understood everything as new information came through. There were definitely some stressful moments during the sale process. During these situations, Zani was exceptionally kind, empathetic, and supportive. Rather than adding pressure, she calmly guided us through what needed to happen next and gave honest, professional advice that made a difficult process feel manageable. It was obvious she genuinely cared about getting the best outcome possible and was willing to put in the effort to make that happen.
