Zani is a consummate professional with a compassionate nature and a real commitment to her clients’ wellbeing. Her communications were always responsive, accurate, and helpful. We never felt pressured into any decision; when we disagreed she was always open to our perspective; she stood by us through the entire cycle - from deciding to put our family home on the market to finding us a perfect downsizer and she was always on our side. She always gave credit where it was due to our efforts or the work of her team. It didn’t matter how anxious or unsure we were through hiccups caused by others, she maintained a positive and calm presence.
