Zani Polson was recommended to us by Harcourts agents, Paul & Deb Nichols, who we had used to successfully sell a home by auction. Paul & Deb were very forthcoming in their praise of the numerous real estate abilities of Zani. Zani arrived at our home, immediately provided us with very positive comments on the potential sale of the home, the method by which to sell it (auction), the state of the home, possible price range, and the target people who would purchase our home.. This initial meeting provided us with a high level of confidence in all the aspects of our home sale. Zani then visited to log all the preliminaries required, and set up a timetable for the sale. This timetable changed when we purchased earlier than anticipated. The selling process was brought forward by 6 weeks This had no impact on the process, which was seamless. It just continued with the same vigour. Photos & videos were taken, open homes arranged, and we were on the way. Zani has an incredible knowledge of the selling process and guided us through the various changes, updated the open home data, kept in constant contact, advised on the sale and purchase agreement, arranged an auctioneer, and spoke with our lawyer to ensure everything was ticking over. We were secure in the knowledge that all due processes were followed, and her communication skills were excellent and effective. All parts of the sale of our home were attended to and we were confident our home would sell. Zani constantly said our home was presented perfectly for the people who would ultimately buy it, and updated us on presentation style.
