Right from the beginning Zani was all about making sure we were happy and comfortable with everything. Every stage of the way Zani was at least a step ahead of us. When she wasn't happy with the original open home numbers she changed things up. She stayed in regular contact with anyone who had viewed our property and quickly realised the ones that were interested. She pushed back on us when we got a bit nervous about something silly and backed it all up with great info. The weekly follow up reports were so good we really couldn't have wanted anymore information. I was adamant we wouldn't go to auction as I'd be a nervous wreck. Zani presented all the information on the different selling techniques and backed the stats on auctions. Auction was last on Wednesday and we couldn't be happier with the result. We got far more than we would have hoped for. Zani also works with the best auctioneer and they have a great understanding of each other and want nothing but the best outcome for their vendor. We would recommend Zani Polsen to anybody who is even considering selling their property. She will have your back every step of the way - even when you might not understand what's happening! Absolutely amazing!
