xiaoyan Lai

Xiaoyan was so incredible in helping us buy our first home, we are super busy (as is she) but she would always reply to my late-night messages and there were lots of them! She is very caring and goes out of her way to find all the answers. We have had a relatively bumpy experience with our first home journey, but Xiaoyan made it much smoother! We would 100% work with her again, but I believe we have now found our forever home!

We had a wonderful experience working with Xiaoyan. She is truly warm-hearted, sincere, and compassionate, and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. Her positive attitude and genuine care stood out from the very beginning. Xiaoyan was always delighted to help and approached every challenge with enthusiasm and professionalism. No matter what came up, she was quick to find solutions and made everything feel smooth and manageable. What impressed us most was her willingness to go the extra mile. She consistently put in extra effort to ensure everything was taken care of, and it really made a difference. We’re so grateful for her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring real estate agent.

Xiaoyan understood my concerns, addressed my questions with complete answers, and did exactly what she committed to doing, in order to make this an easy process of buying a property. I will absolutely recommend her as an agent.
