He arranged an additional private viewing for us, and the paperwork was presented and explained in a clear manner that was easily understood. Willi quickly set up a group chat on Whatsap as my sister and I were selling our Mum's house following her death. My sister lives on one side of the city and I'm on the other side; Mum's house was not easy for either of us to get to regularly. The group chat was great. Advice was excellent and he was always the consummate professional. Thoroughly recommend.
