To sell our Future Urban zoned land in Whenuapai we wanted an agent with a comprehensive understanding of the development potential of the area, excellent local knowledge and great Real Estate skills. Wesley was appointed to manage the sale of our property after receiving a number of news letters. He explains the whole process in a way that is easily understood. His knowledge of council requirements and zoning related to future development is thorough. Once property was listed advertising was commenced to cover all possible purchasers and he contacted potential buyers on his contact data base. ( one of which purchased the property ).
