All elements of the process couldnt have been handled better. Solid advice in terms of DD for my benifit. 100% went to bat for me with the Vendor even though it was an uphill battle. He’s made it his job to be an expert in everything there is to know about development land especially in the north west of Auckland. When we finally (after 2 years) made the commitment to put our property on the market Wesley was the only agent we wanted. Having had contact with him for a number of years prior and been disappointed by other agents it was not a difficult decision to make. I believe his extensive knowledge of the area we live and selling our type of property was key in getting a successful sale. I don't believe any other agent would have had the contacts and ability to get us the result he did.
