In selling my house Maya faced a difficult market, and eventually, a very difficult buyer. Plus, her partner in real estate dropped out, presumably leaving her with a heavy load. She handled all this gracefully, and I eventually got my asking price. The one hiccup was in the Disclosure Statement, which she handled too casually, and which has come back to bite in the final stretch. As a seller, no matter who your agent is, take this seriously. Maya took this verbally, glossed over details, and affixed a digital signature without giving me a written version and a chance to review. This has led to haggling in the final stretch, and more work for the solicitors. However, the relatively low commission more than compensated.

ben gave good advice,and always gave plenty of notice when people wanted to view the property .the sale happened quickly which was what i needed.

Lauren was very helpful, for a purchases side,we were worried whether we were investing our money in a better place and she understood us and guided us. She is amazing.
