In selling my house Maya faced a difficult market, and eventually, a very difficult buyer. Plus, her partner in real estate dropped out, presumably leaving her with a heavy load. She handled all this gracefully, and I eventually got my asking price. The one hiccup was in the Disclosure Statement, which she handled too casually, and which has come back to bite in the final stretch. As a seller, no matter who your agent is, take this seriously. Maya took this verbally, glossed over details, and affixed a digital signature without giving me a written version and a chance to review. This has led to haggling in the final stretch, and more work for the solicitors. However, the relatively low commission more than compensated.

Ben was outstanding throughout the entire process of purchasing our new home while still living in QLD. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to keep the sale moving forward, even when things became extremely challenging. We hit some significant hurdles with the building report, particularly around the scrim wall linings and subsequent insurance issues. Ben was easy to deal with, he made the sale process very smooth he had great communication and despite our change of circumstances through the sale process we still managed to get an acceptable offer across the line he remained positive and super easy to deal with throughout the process.
