She came around, was friendly, helpful, and really listened to what we were after - giving really realistic feedback on our expectations. I don’t know where to start. Vincie has held my hand from the day of taking the lid off a paint tin for me until the sale of my house, and now beyond now with downsizing to my new property. I am elderly, never having to sell a property by myself, she has supported me in every possible way. going the extra mile at times to relieve stress off me when I felt overwhelmed. Communication 10/10 Marketing skills. 10/10 Negotiation skills. 10/10 Her approach to people is so cheerful, professional ,and most of all CARING. I would not hesitate in highly recommending her and her skills to anyone thinking of selling their property. All I can really say is I am so grateful, blessed, to have Vincie as my agent and friend. Vincie took care of all aspects for us from start to finish. Nothing was ever out of her wheelhouse, from arranging a great building inspector, the classiest staging, or selecting a top-notch auctioneer, Vincie tapped into her network to secure the best professionals for us. Vincie poured her heart & soul into marketing our property, applying her seemingly infinite energy and sharing her genuine excitement for all that our home had to offer. She drummed up loads of interest and (most crucially) got results where it counts - bringing multiple genuine bidders into the room on auction day to compete with one another. Vincie is highly professional, but also a lot of fun to work with. After helping us find our new home, we had no hesitation in asking Vincie to also sell our old home, and she again delivered on our needs.
