We're relocating to Christchurch and Vincie has been helping us find a new home. We spent a week in Christchurch looking at properties with her and, since then, she's been helping us look at more properties from a distance. And now we've bought a new home through her. Vincie has a wide range of experience - including being on the inside of the council consenting process. She is a real people person - "clicked" with us and understood our needs very quickly. She is "all over" the market, staying abreast of new properties as soon as they are listed and keeping an ear out for ones not yet listed. Vincie communicates well and is easy to get along with. She understood my needs and worked around me and my time lines. She went out her of her way to accomodate my thoughts.
