I don’t know where to start. Vincie has held my hand from the day of taking the lid off a paint tin for me until the sale of my house, and now beyond now with downsizing to my new property. I am elderly, never having to sell a property by myself, she has supported me in every possible way. going the extra mile at times to relieve stress off me when I felt overwhelmed. Communication 10/10 Marketing skills. 10/10 Negotiation skills. 10/10 Her approach to people is so cheerful, professional ,and most of all CARING. We're relocating to Christchurch and Vincie has been helping us find a new home. We spent a week in Christchurch looking at properties with her and, since then, she's been helping us look at more properties from a distance. And now we've bought a new home through her. Vincie has a wide range of experience - including being on the inside of the council consenting process. She is a real people person - "clicked" with us and understood our needs very quickly. Vincie communicates well and is easy to get along with. She understood my needs and worked around me and my time lines. She went out her of her way to accomodate my thoughts. She took me to auctions so I knew what to expect before hand and went above and beyond what is expected for an agent. I would recommend her to anyone, especially the elderly.
