This review is based on Vinay's performance as the great persuader. In the end, Vinay is successful because he persuades... A. THE SELLER to: 1) spend 'enough' money on marketing; 2) go ahead and sell, whatever the market; 3) go for a fast sale. B. THE BUYER to see the property as: 1) competitive within a comparative market; 2) matching the requirements they are looking for; 3) a 'buy now' opportunity - or miss out. In the end, a relieved seller gets rid of their property quickly and a buyer is made to feel like they have made a great decision. And Vinay has made a fast sale, made lots of money, and moved on to the next big thing. I think Vinay could sell anything, but I am sure that selling property works well for him ;-) In relation to expectations for the sale price, I can't answer that. There is a difference between hoped-for, and expectations. We didn't have anybody other than Vinay to help us make a decision about how best to sell the property, or when would be best to sell it. However, we sold the property well below the money we spent on it, and just needed to get out of a high-debt / high-interest situation... so we just sucked it up.
