It’s quite daunting coming into anything property related when you’re a first home buyer, but Vaughan and John made everything that bit easier! Amazing and prompt communication, even out of country, they prioritised helping us get our ducks in a row before they took to the sea! From initial open home to settlement, they have been nothing but honest, dedicated and genuinely helpful. Vaughan knew the property very well and could answer most questions we had. He was great at communicating with the vendors to allow us to view the property on back to back days as we couldn't make the open home.
