Phil was born and bred in Hawke’s Bay, before heading to the city and overseas to develop his career in marketing and media sales. Phil returned to the region several years ago and made his mark in the media industry, curating an extensive skillset and a well-respected reputation, culminating in his role as General Manager of MediaWorks. Always having a natural affinity for property, working in real estate is a logical progression for Phil. He has owned a range of properties in several regions in New Zealand and overseas, has managed multiple rental properties and project managed renovations, subdivisions, and commissioned new builds.
