Vardaan Sharma

We couldn't have asked for a better experience buying our first home in Rototuna. Vardaan Sharma was professional, responsive and genuinely easy to deal with from the very first viewing right through to the final paperwork. What stood out most was how clearly everything was communicated. As first home buyers juggling finance approvals, KiwiSaver and solicitor requirements, there were a lot of moving parts, and Vardaan kept us informed at every step, answered our questions quickly and never made us feel rushed or pressured. The process was transparent and fair, and we always knew where things stood. If you're buying in Hamilton, I'd happily recommend Vardaan. Thank you for helping us find our home! — Amir Hussain

The Agent Who Made Us Feel We Weren’t Alone We were introduced to Vardaan by Aman, and honestly, I don’t think our home-buying journey would have been the same without him. From the very beginning, Vardaan took the time to truly listen. He didn’t just hear a list of requirements—he understood what we were looking for, what mattered to us, and the kind of home we wanted to build our future in. As someone who can be quite anxious and easily overwhelmed by big decisions, having someone who listened with patience and empathy meant everything. What stood out most was how supportive and down-to-earth he was. He was always quick to respond, quick to find answers, and quick to arrange viewings—even taking us to see homes in the evening to work around our schedule. He never made us feel like a burden, no matter how many questions we asked. I also deeply appreciated his honesty. He shared his genuine opinions, pointed out things we should consider, and guided us as if he were helping his own family. His knowledge, professionalism, and strong network of contacts gave us confidence throughout the entire process. Most importantly, Vardaan made us feel like we had someone truly in our corner. In a journey that can often be stressful and emotional, he brought reassurance, comfort, and trust. He made a daunting process feel manageable. I would wholeheartedly and strongly vouch for Vardaan to anyone looking to buy a home. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right place, I cannot recommend him enough. We are incredibly grateful to have had him by our side.
