Sam works incredibly hard, and in the end that is the most important quality he brings to the table. He genuinely wants you to win, and is relentless in his commitment to help you get there. His communication was great. If I ever needed to contact him it would always be a same-day conversation. Due to the market, we didn't get the price we were hoping for, but Sam was upfront about this the entire way, he was honest and communicated clearly.
