We are in a very hard market at present but the service, communication and delivery from both Tyler and Nicole was above and beyond. Given we spend a lot of time overseas nothing was a problem. From start to finish both Tyler and Nicole were outstanding in every facet of this transaction, even arranging utilities to be on and supporting my wife and I through this hard market we find ourselves in. Delivering us a result that we are very happy with and guiding us through this. Whilst not the figure we were hoping for they made us realise we had to meet the market in order for us to move on to our next project and giving us benefits elsewhere.
