She had very good knowledge on the property of interest and was able to answer all our questions. We felt that she was their for us not as customers but as a friend. We were happy with her negotiation skills she did try very hard for us which we appreciate. With all our phones calls and asking to see the property numerous times it was never a problem for Trish she would always make it happen.
