Very happy! Tony gave us wonderful advice on which sale method to use. We sold our house quick and for a great price. He made the process easy and this is hugely from his relaxed manner and clear communication. A couple of times I was uptight and stressed pre putting the house on the market and I rang Tony and he put me completely at ease.
Tony, Melissa and Jamie are an exemplary team and outstanding in every way. Their skills, particularly communication were a stand out in these tough realestate times.
Tony brings a calm and confident manner to his business dealings which helps to ease the stress involved in selling a property.
When Tony came to visit, he left an amazing impression. Tony listened very carefully, gave the right advice and fully supported all our decisions. He never assumed but always checked in to see how we were doing. Throughout the period of selling he kept us up to date with all interested parties. After we sold both Tony and Melissa went out of their way to try and accommodate our wishes and needs in finding another home Tony and Melissa have to be the best Agents in Tauranga.
Tony and Melissa were thoroughly professional. We buy and sell quite often and the experience was exceptional from the punctuality which became a joke (set your clock by the Gardiners) to the photography and the whole process. Highly recommend. Thank you.
I would highly recommend Tony Gardner as his knowledge, skills and personal approach was faultless. He was very organised and provided all the information we required when we needed it. Tony was very approachable which made our sale seamless, as his personal approach was very helpful when liaising with all parties. Our sale experience was well managed and overall we were very pleased with the outcome.
I met Tony Gardiner at a seminar at Bob Owens Retirement Village. I was considering purchasing a town house at the Village and was needing to sell my current house. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer a variety of questions from the group. Also he had a takeaway box of comprehensive information regarding the sale of a property. After an appraisal I approached Tony and he listed my property. At all times he was able to assist with queries I had about the selling of my house. He was honest, efficient and always kept me informed of developments. I am happy to recommend Tony and Melissa to anyone who is considering the sale or purchase of a property
Tony gave us the help and advice and encouragement we needed to make the best sale. It took 5 weeks to sell in an indifferent market, so well done.
Tony made the whole process very easy for me. He explained the contract , fees and process very clearly . The open homes went very well, with much higher than expected numbers, (Even though one viewing day one end of the street was blocked off due to a sub station fire!) . I believe through a very well orchestrated marketing plan , and using a trusted and Nationally recognised brand , we were able to achieve this result. As an individual agent , Tony is very approachable and an honest character. This is very important to me , that my potential purchasers are comfortable with my agent. It’s important that they form good rapport and trust from the outset. The auction went very well, in what is becoming a tougher market. The result was much higher that I was expecting, and my purchasers were absolutely delighted. Since the sale of my property, I’ve referred Tony to a friend of mine, and he achieved the same result! Great work, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tony again
Tony knows heaps and so nice to deal with but a little passive as our agent.
