From the get-go, we liked that both Tony and Melissa did the presentation together as it gave both a male and female's perspective, which we found helpful. We found them both likeable and relatable and they arrived with a strategy. There were also two really important things to us; timing and dates plus the best way to present our property to which they gave us names and phone numbers and a pre-prepared calendar, which was extremely useful. Tony was able to share through research and personal examples a lot of relevant information relating to house sales in our area, which we found very helpful in giving us a good perspective of what to expect.
