A property that was outside my price range suddenly became affordable. After missing the open homes that weekend, I called Tony straight away, hoping to meet that evening as I had to travel from another town. We went over the property in great detail, and he highlighted areas previously earmarked in building reports, pointing out issues and resolutions arising without just pushing the obvious charms. He listened to what I required and adapted to my needs as a buyer. I found his communication style to be open and forthcoming, and he was understanding and accommodating to any and all requirements when negotiating for required repairs before settlement.

Tony has great local knowledge, in fact he lives in the same road that we bought our house. We have been away on a work contract so all communication has been via phone, and internet. The negotiation process was a bit challenging due to House owners being overseas but Tony provided great support & communication, we were very grateful.
