Harriet always responded promptly to emails. In retrospect, we should have applied for a LIM report before we put the house on the market, as there was an outstanding old consent issue that slowed down the sales process. Harriet assisted with encouragement in obtaining the required consent. She ensured that we got a fair and reasonable price for the house. Their advertising was successful, their judgement of the market seemed accurate ,and the tender process fair to buyer and seller.

They are a good team who offer different skills for a successful campaign and sale.

Their recommendation to commission a builders report and LIM helped make it easier for potential buyers. Their estimate of property value aligned with the tenders we received, which was reassuring. They have been lovely to deal with, professional and courteous.

Man we first started our first home buyers journey in November 2024, so it’s been a long time coming!!! Couple of unsuccessful offers lead us to our new home that we are so proud of, and this wouldn’t have been possible without Kylie 🥰 we weren’t going to submit an offer because of the fear of it being too low and being rejected again but she nudged us in the right direction and gave us hope, so of course we had to stress her out and submit an offer literally 30mins before deadline 😂 she has been awesome, making us feel seen as one of many people who had walked in to the many home viewings at 19 Handyside Street! Very easy to talk too and everything just felt right. Her comms have been awesome, clear and consistent too 🥰 thank you for making us, two young Pacific Islander kids who a first time home buyers for both side of our families, feel at home!!!! If we were to ever sell, we would sure contact your real estate…. For Kylie in particular 😂
