I first met Tim when he was marketing another property near by. In that instance I could not assist him because we were discussing selling ourselves. Anyway I discussed the meeting with my husband and gave him Tim’s business card and told him we should speak to him first cos he appeared to be very knowledgeable re the market and the area.
