I worked with Ben Cantley with a property auction as a buyer for the first time. He was very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful right throughout the whole process. I liked his forward approach and follow ups and believe this is what made the whole process easier for me as I wasn't sure on timeframes, or processes etc. I went a little over what I felt comfortable with but am ultimately happy with the purchase price as are the sellers who dropped a little to meet the market ( I know them personally).
