I want it recorded that Terry and Amy Griffin are very worthy of a ten rating. It was clearly my mistake and inept use of technology that made a huge mistake. This must be devastating for this hard working couple to whom I apologise. Terry, with whom I had the most contact) was always polite, helpful, had a sense of humour, was honest and straight up in his advice and guidance.
