Explained what the market was doing, had a plan how to market the house, got in a stager to present the house in the best light, had a list of people that I could call on for whatever I needed doing such as painter, tiler, landscaper. If I was having a wobble, talked me through it. I felt totally supported, with reports after every open home and private viewings. Terry sold my house at auction even though 19 houses on the day were past in.

Terry came to us as a word of mouth recommendation from previous neighbours and didn’t disappoint. First off, Terry helped guide us with what improvements to make to our property before we hit the market.
