We have known Teresa for over 2 years now, and have dealt with her on two instances - land purchase and sale of the property (same address). It has been wonderful to deal with Teresa on both these instances. Teresa is an honest, kind and genuine person. We are based outside of Hawera and we didn’t even had to visit during the land purchase, or at the time of house sale. It was all managed by Teresa through phone calls, pictures and videos. Throughout the process Teresa kept us informed on a regular basis and never gave us a chance to follow up. She is efficient, always on top of things and provides an exemplary service. Teresa even went to the extent of tidying up the backyard, mending fence to make sale of the property.
