We have known Teresa for over 2 years now, and have dealt with her on two instances - land purchase and sale of the property (same address). We are based outside of Hawera and we didn’t even had to visit during the land purchase, or at the time of house sale. It was all managed by Teresa through phone calls, pictures and videos.
