Teresa was amazing and so professional, but friendly and caring. Her sole aim was to see me get into a more manageable new home by getting my existing one sold. She kept me up to date with everything that was happening and it wasn't easy as my trustees were being extremely difficult about the sale and purchase. (I was told not to stress as she would do it all for me). She was always available if I had any queries and worked well with my lawyer.
