I met Teide at an open home, put an offer in...owners excepted it..only for it to fall through due to the builders report. Teide called me a few days later to apologize for the non sale and asked if she could help me find the right house. From that point on she went above and beyond and out of her way to help my kids and I find the right house. I lost count of the number of open homes we went to view and the couple of offers we put in. Teide is very professional passionate and determined at what she does. Shes a soldier who never gave up and motivated myself to keep going when I'd had enough and ready to throw in the towel. She did everything from finding the houses and making viewing appointments or meeting me at open homes and dealt with all the agents and paperwork. She finally found the right house for us and even helped close the sale with a few extra bonuses added on. She was more like our lawyer, financial advisor, negotiator and real-estate agent all in 1. She said from the start she wasn't going to quit till we bought the rìght house...a true to her word person with an awesome attitude and great personality. A peoples person always going out of her way. We couldn't thank her enough for all she did. Your the greatest Teide :-)

We started working with Teide at the start of this year, we had already been house hunting for a couple months over on the shore but was having no luck, we were down and thought we would never find a house also we were over the trade me searchers every week.
